Under His Wing Soup Kitchen has been open and fighting Hunger in the Lakewood New Jersey Area for 7 years. This operation started in 1999 with one purpose and mission in mind that is
"to serve".
As time has passed things have grown, ideas and missions have changed from what was, to what is, and Under his Wing will be moving. Moving from it's origional site of 213 Madison Ave.
We are in the process of seeking a new location that will allow Under His Wing to partner with other agencies and other groups that can provide additional services that our clients so desperately need.
Several years ago, we scheduled our first soup kitchen, only one saturday a month and as the need grew we increased our schedules. As in that time, so many trays and plates of food ago, I hope that you will be patient with us, as we begin the process of relocation.
