As of April 14,2005 the organization known as Under His Wing has applied with the state of New Jersey as a corporation with non-profit status. Paperwork has also been filed with the internal revenue service for our 501(c)(3)status. We will operate our day to day business as a non profit organization and all contributions made to Under His Wing Inc.are tax deductible.
